Description
Originally this painting was a more traditional landscape painting, however, when I revisited this painting in June (2023) and reworked it, I remembered some of the wonderful doorways I have seen in Greece on trips to Ithaka with the Rookwood painting group and based this “new” painting on a particular doorway on the road down to the harbour.
