Description
Based on low tide views around the coast of Cornwall, which some specific references to the working Cornish double harbour of Porthleven. Paint was initially applied thinly and quickly in the style of Patrick Heron and then further layers of oil paint were poured, and scrapped on to achieve the sense of layers revealed. Exhibited at the Chelsea Art Society Summer Show 2023 where to my absolute delight it was then purchased.
