Payment Terms

Full payment of the price of the product including any applicable shipping and packaging costs needs to be received before your order will be dispatched. Payment is accepted by PayPal, BACS and Debit and Credit cards. You are also liable for any customs duties or taxes on importing any of my products into your country.

Shipping Policy

Goods purchased will be shipped within 2-5 days of purchase unless notified to the contrary. I reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of my products or services to any person or geographic region. I may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

Returns

If you are not happy in any way with your purchase, a full refund will be given providing you return the item undamaged within 14 days of receipt, and full payment for the cost of return postage including any customs duties and taxes, is your responsibility.

Any personal data that is collected by this website, to enable purchase and delivery, is securely protected and will not be given out to any third party, except for Paypal or Stripe to process payment. Mailing list details are processed and kept securely via Mailchimp.

Images of my work remain my personal property and cannot be used for any promotion or advertising etc., without my consent. You agree not to duplicate, copy, or sell any images or my work without express written permission.
