March – April Newsletter 2025

At work outside the Studio
At last Spring is really here, I have been busy packing up 10 paintings, which, I then sent to Sweden a ouple of weeks ago for my solo show.  The paintings have all arrived safe and sound, after a few very stressful hiccups, much to my immense relief.   Extremely excited to say that I am going to be there for the opening / “Vernissage” (from the French word varnishing) on the 12th April.  The exhibition is on from 12th April until the 20th April, in the Galleri Soho, Valhallagatan 20, 72460 in Västerås.  Opening Hours Monday-Friday 11am – 6pm and Saturdays 11am – 4pm.  This will be my first time in Sweden and I am really looking forward to it.
Two new small “swimming outdoors” paintings, when I had my foot operation, and I had to sit down to paint, I bought six small canases, and have now finished them.
